Refund Policy
At Reign Services, all sales are final. Except as expressly outlined in this policy; We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any products purchased through https://reignservices.shop or any of its subdomains.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their orders carefully prior to completing a purchase. Once a transaction has been successfully processed, it is considered binding and non-reversible. For payment methods that require specific notes or messages, the correct instructions are provided at checkout. Failure to include accurate payment details, notes, or required information may result in delays or non-fulfillment, and does not qualify for a refund.
Delivery Notice
In the event that an order is not delivered automatically for whatever reason, Reign Services reserves the right to fulfill the order manually through its official Discord server. It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain access to Discord and to join the designated server to receive their purchase. Failure to do so does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Dispute Resolution and Third-Party Reviews
By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to this Refund Policy and acknowledges that chargebacks or disputes initiated through third-party payment processors (including, but not limited to, PayPal & Stripe) will be contested using this policy as supporting evidence.
In the event of a dispute or claim, Reign Services will provide proof of delivery, fulfillment records, and any relevant communication logs to demonstrate compliance with the terms outlined herein. Customers are strongly encouraged to contact support directly to resolve any issues prior to initiating a third-party dispute.
